I can’t praise this company enough, I really can’t. Steve is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and the communication was brilliant from start to finish. We were moving a riser recliner chair from my uncle’s home to his care home. The chair turned out to be way heavier than anyone expected but thankfully Steve had a loading platform on the van. If we’d have chosen a firm that didn’t have this kind of platform I really don’t think we would have been able to get it moved because of the weight. The care home also required proof of double vaccination plus a negative lateral flow test on the day. SJW was the only one of the many firms I contacted who could provide this, and Steve was more than happy to do so. I would highly recommend this firm and I know that if I should need any removals in the future I will 100% use SJW.
